• Private Label Rights (PLR)
With private label resell rights, you may not only resell the product but you may also edit the content or product and claim it as your own work (meaning, you become its author).

• Give Away Rights
These allow you to give the product away for free but you cannot resell the product or change/edit it. You’re giving it away for free to improve traffic to your site and boost sales.

These are the 4 main Resell Rights Attributes when it comes to selling someone else’s PLR products online. When you download these products they all will have directions on what you can and cannot do when you promote them. Make sure you follow these rules, so you can resell these products without the fear of copyright infringement or possibly a lawsuit.
